Phillips Rural was founded by Sarah Phillips, an experienced agricultural and rural surveyor with over 15 years’ experience working across Cornwall.​

Sarah is an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (FAAV).

With a strong background in rural planning, land management, and agricultural funding, Sarah provides clear, practical advice to farmers, landowners, and rural businesses. Her approach combines a detailed understanding of local needs with sound knowledge of national policy and funding schemes, ensuring every project is handled efficiently and effectively.
